Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jamie then joined Merrill Lynch which is where his passion for Real Estate finance and development took root. Having gained a wealth of experience working on multi-million pound projects with an array of leading development and investment clients, he took the decision to establish the company in 2009.

The last fourteen years have seen Jamie lead the business in achieving a total gross development value in excess of circa £1 billion in completed and current schemes. Jamie overseas all aspects of Hurlington Capital’s funding, joint ventures and corporate strategies and works very closely with a large array of financial institutions and funds based both within the UK and overseas.

Harry started his career in property working for the central London planning consultancy The London Planning Practice before moving to the residential development team at Savills in 2008.

As an Associate Director in Savills head office, Harry was focussed on Central and Greater London development consultancy, transacting on over 80 deals with a combined land value in excess of £1.7 billion.

Harry is a chartered planning and development surveyor and has advised many of the leading names in the London property market during his career. He is an expert in all areas of planning and property development and has previously been shortlisted for awards including Young Agent of the Year and RICS Surveyor of the Year.

Harry oversees land acquisitions, planning, design and the delivery phases of projects at Hurlington Capital, working with leading architects and professionals to deliver high quality innovative buildings.

Simon started his career at Hurlington in 2021 having obtained both an MSc in Planning and Development and a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Having gained experience in land buying at Bloor Homes and strategic planning at DPDS, Simon focusses on sourcing development opportunities and working closely with the professional team to guide schemes through the planning process. In particular, Simon’s work at Hurlington has concentrated on the development of purpose-built student accommodation and the co-location of residential and commercial uses.

As well as focussing on new development opportunities, Simon works throughout many aspects of the business including property management and exit strategies.
